Your needs determine the scope. These starting points help you plan; a written quote confirms your services and fees before work begins.
Based on return type, schedules, record readiness, and complexity.
Final pricing depends on transaction volume, manual entries, number of accounts, payroll oversight, and reporting needs.
Defined project scope or ongoing support tailored to your business.
Monthly bookkeeping does not automatically include tax preparation, historical cleanup, payroll processing, election work, or special-purpose reports. Your engagement agreement defines what is included. Individual and business tax returns are quoted separately unless expressly bundled.
If you currently report your business income on Schedule C and your business is consistently profitable, it may be worth reviewing whether an S corporation election could benefit you.
We look at your net profit after business expenses, the work you perform, reasonable owner compensation, and the additional payroll, tax preparation, and administrative costs to evaluate potential tax savings. An election does not guarantee savings.
Services and fees are quoted case by case after reviewing your business and the scope of work.
